Jason Started his career in the financial services in 1993 working for a family-owned business. In 1999 join SunAmerica Retirement Markets working closely with financial advisors driving product solutions to investors. In 2006, he realized that his passion was to drive and deliver value to others and it led him back to work with financial advisors in much more of holistic way which brought him to a 13-year career with LPL Financial, the nation’s largest independent broker/dealer. In 2019 through a desire to better serve his clients, he started Viewpointe Strategies Group which specialized consulting, strategy, and implementation for the financial services industry.
Jason currently holds his California Life and Disability license and was formally registered with FINRA for just over 17 years. Jason and his wife Kathy reside in Del Mar, Ca with their 2 children and new to the family Louis and George, the double doodles. Being born and raised in California, his passions are spending time with his family in outdoor activities surfing, boating, and golf to name a few.

Clay's passion for the business and building long standing relationships is second to none. In his leadership role, he shares responsibility for the organic growth of Viewpointe Strategies Group along with managing the day to day sales within the investment solutions vertical of the business.
Clay has spent 40 years in the financial industry in various positions with several investment management companies. The last 23 years were with AIG as a Sr. Vice President of National Sales, including National Sales for the asset management company and AIG Annuities. Clay has a degree in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from Pepperdine.
Being a father of three, grandfather of five, and a devoted husband, Clay's time away from the business are complete with sporting events with the kids, spending time with his wife Sue on their boat, surfing, and getting out to the golf course with his closest friends.

Managing Director, National Sales
Throughout Clay’s career he has been driven to grow both professionally and personally in a positive manner. That comes with a good work ethic and respect for those relationships and partnerships that are created along the way. Viewpointe’s business practices align perfectly with this thought process. With that, his focus is to create the best experience for Viewpointe’s clients during their entire experience with the company, through both collaboration, representation, and management of the businesses partnering firms.
Clay has 20+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations, holding multiple senior management roles throughout several industries. He became fully licensed in 2021 and joined Viewpointe that same year. Clay has a degree in Political Science from the University of San Diego.
When not working, Clay spends his time on the water and in the water. His passions are surfing, friends, and spending time with his niece and nephews.

Managing Director, COO
As the Director of Client Success, Kari is focused on the end to end client experience and overall satisfaction of firms and individuals we work with. She works closely with the team and clients on projects that the firm is engaged, keeping timelines and goals on track. In addition, she brings her years of industry's experience and contacts to drive new opportunities for both Viewpointe and clients we work with.
Kari Whitman possesses over 30 years of experience in sales and accounting. Prior to View Pointe Strategies, she was the Senior Relationship Manager at FS Investments for 10 years. In this role she was responsible for the onboarding process of new broker-dealers and aligning FS Investments product suite, maintaining client relations, and developing sales strategies for the sales team.
Prior to FS Investments, she did strategy consultant work for The Meridian Group, where she helped develop products, sales strategies and onboarding of new broker-dealers to the platform. Before Meridian, she was the Senior Vice President of the Eastern Region at CORE Realty Holdings, where she raised equity for private placements.
Ms. Whitman studied accounting and psychology at Boise State University. She holds Series 7, 22, 62, and 66 FINRA licenses.
